Continuous improvement and finance · demo with sample data

Savings from every plant in one system

Savings projects, budget versus actual, A3 and best practices in a common format for all plants.

What it solves

The problem

Savings projects, the budget and A3s lived in shared lists and spreadsheets, with a different monthly close at each plant. Reports were rebuilt before every meeting, and actuals were checked by hand.

What it does

An agent layer that works alongside the corporate account, email and Finance spreadsheets. It records each project with its evidence, closes the month with validation by the manager and controller, and uses AI to propose the savings calculation and answer with sources; the person decides.

The result

All plants report in the same format with current data, and each saving counts only when it has been validated and documented.

Run by the system

It consolidates projects from all plants, compares budget, forecast and actuals, flags what still needs validation, matches improvements with each plant's capacity, and answers questions with sources.

Decided by a person

Which project is approved, which saving is validated and where an improvement is replicated.

  • One registerEvery project from every plant, with the same fields and supporting evidence.
  • No more rebuilding reportsBudget, forecast and actuals up to date, without assembling files before the meeting.
  • Validated savingsEach saving is validated and retains its A3.
  • Improvements that are replicatedWhat works in one plant is matched against the capacity of the others.

“This project came from a manufacturer with multiple plants that wanted to see all its savings in one place.”

Each plant reported in its own file. To know how much had been saved, and whether the savings were real, the versions had to be gathered and reconciled before every meeting.
