Collections · demo with sample data
Auto loan collections, from the call center to the court, with AI that proposes and people who decide
For collections agencies handling receivables for multiple lenders: calls, WhatsApp, field visits and legal action in one file, with AI that explains and drafts based on the system's figures.
What it solves
The problem
Each lender's receivables arrived in its own format, collectors used spreadsheets to decide whom to call, field visits were assigned without knowing where there was more money to recover, and legal cases were handled separately. No one saw the full account or why one account took priority.
What it does
An agent layer over the existing operation (call center, WhatsApp, visits, lawyers, and each lender's portals and file formats). The system calculates balances, delinquency, scores and expected value; AI reads those facts to summarize the file, explain the priority, suggest the next collection action and draft the message. A person decides whether to call, send a message, visit or record a stage.
The result
Each account has one file with its history, the day's queue is prioritized with an explanation, visits go to the areas with the highest recoveries, and every collections action, visit and legal stage is recorded with evidence and a person responsible.
How it looks

Run by the system
It receives each lender's receivables with a preview, calculates balance, delinquency, priority score and expected value, orders the day's queue, drafts the visit plan, tracks legal deadlines and prepares a quality assessment of each collection action. AI summarizes, explains, recommends and drafts based on those facts, without inventing figures or authorizing discounts.
Decided by a person
Whom to call and what to offer within authorized terms, whether to send a drafted message, which visit plan to confirm, which legal stage to record and what feedback each collector receives.
- One fileCalls, messages, visits and legal action stages for each account in one record.
- Priority with a reasonThe day's queue arrives ordered by score, and AI explains which factors carry weight.
- Field visits where the most is recoveredVisits are assigned by expected value and return with location, photos and a signature.
- AI that doesn't decide on its ownIt summarizes and drafts using the system's numbers; the collector approves every action.
“This project began with a collections agency that collects automotive loans for several lenders and had its operations spread across spreadsheets, messaging and portals.”
Each lender sent its receivables in a different format and requested reports in another. The call center, field agents and lawyers worked on the same account without seeing what the others were doing, and the day's priorities depended on each collector's experience.
