Manufacturing · Human Resources
Nine processes, from job opening to signature. In production without interruption since November 2025.
Recruiters stopped scheduling, transcribing and chasing documents. They decide who gets hired.

The business before
The hiring cycle lived in email, phone calls, spreadsheets and WhatsApp messages typed one at a time. Recruiters with good judgement spent their day scheduling interviews, transcribing answers, chasing documents and rebuilding the report for management.
What we did
A platform that runs the funnel end to end. When someone leaves, it opens the vacancy and generates the requisition without anyone typing it. It receives applicants, screens them against the real profile of the role and interviews them by phone. It leads the conversation, recognises a voicemail and adjusts its tone if the candidate raises a sensitive topic. It scores against a 100-point rubric that is tuned per vacancy, sorts the documents that arrive over WhatsApp and walks the candidate all the way to signing.
Run by the system
Opening the vacancy, screening by profile, voice interview, scoring, documents, medical checks, signature and reporting.
Decided by a person
